At VeraEssent, we stand behind the quality of our water wellness products. To provide the smoothest international shopping experience and keep our prices competitive, we operate a zero-return policy. We do not require or accept physical returns of products to our international fulfillment hubs.
Instead, we offer a straightforward 100% Replacement or Refund Guarantee under the specific conditions outlined below.
1.Defective or Damaged Items (The Evidence Clause)
If your VeraEssent Shower Head or filters arrive damaged, leaking, or are not functioning correctly, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. To process this, our logistics partners require the following evidence within 48 hours of delivery:
-Photos of the outer packaging (showing the shipping label clearly).
-Photos or a short video showing the specific defect or damage to the product itself.
-A brief description of the issue.
Please send this evidence directly to veraessentofficial@gmail.com. Once verified, we will initiate a brand-new reshipment or a full refund immediately. You do not need to ship the broken item back.
2.Non-Refundable Situations ("Change of Mind")
Because we do not accept physical inventory returns, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:
-"Change of mind" requests or personal preference changes after the order has shipped.
-Replacement Filter Cores or Dechlorination Boxes where the internal hygiene vacuum seal has been opened.
-Incorrect address entries made by the customer at checkout that lead to failed deliveries.
3.Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system processes orders rapidly to ensure fast global shipping, any cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
4.Refund Processing Time
Once your evidence of damage or defect is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5.Lost or Stolen Packages
VeraEssent is not responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If a package is genuinely lost in transit (the tracking stalls and it is never marked as delivered), we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a free reshipment for you.
