1.Installation & Setup

How do I install the VeraEssent Shower Head?

Installation is tool-free and takes less than 60 seconds. Our units feature a universal G1/2” thread, which fits 99% of standard shower hoses worldwide. Simply unscrew your old shower head and twist the VeraEssent unit on until snug.

Does it work with electric or low-pressure heaters?

Yes! Our internal turbine design is engineered to increase water velocity, making it an excellent choice for homes with lower water pressure. It is safe for use with water temperatures up to 99°C.


2.Maintenance & Refills

How often should I change the internal filters?

-Sediment Filter Core: Every 2–3 months, depending on your local water quality. (If the filter turns dark brown, it’s time for a swap!)

-Dechlorination Box: Every 3–4 months to ensure maximum chlorine neutralization.

Can I use the shower head without the filters?

Technically, yes—but you’ll lose the "Wellness" benefits. To protect your skin and hair from harsh chemicals and rust, we recommend always keeping fresh filters installed.

Are VeraEssent topical products safe for sensitive skin?

All our upcoming skincare and haircare formulations are developed with "Clean Beauty" standards in mind. We prioritize pH-balanced formulas that work in harmony with our filtered water systems.

How do I integrate VeraEssent products into my routine?

We recommend the "Clean Cycle" approach:

1.Purify your water with our filtration system.

2.Cleanse with our pH-balanced washes.

3.Nourish with our active serums or hair oils while your pores are open from the steam.


4.Shipping & Orders

Where is my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our [Track Your Order] page. Please note that international shipping typically takes 8–15 business days to arrive in the US and Canada.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Don't worry! Please take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping label, then email us at veraessentofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.


5.Troubleshooting

My shower head is leaking at the base.

This is usually because the rubber washer isn't seated correctly or the head isn't tightened enough. Ensure the black rubber ring is flat inside the connector and give it an extra half-turn.

The water pressure has dropped suddenly.

This usually means your Sediment Filter Core is full of debris from your pipes. Replace the filter core, and your high-pressure flow should return immediately.
