At VeraEssent, we are committed to bringing high-quality water wellness solutions to homes across the globe. Please review our shipping guidelines to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

 

1.Order Processing Time

-Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

-Tracking Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

 

2.Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We utilize dedicated "Special Line" logistics to ensure your package arrives as safely and quickly as possible.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While 95% of our orders arrive within these windows, actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or extreme weather.

 

3.Regional Shipping Advisory (March 2026)

Due to ongoing regional volatility in the Middle East, we have temporarily suspended shipping to certain countries (including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, and Jordan) as airlines reroute around closed airspace. If you are ordering from these regions, your order may be held at our transit hub until safe routes are re-established. We appreciate your patience during this force majeure situation.

 

4.Shipping Restrictions

-PO Boxes & Military Bases: We currently cannot ship to PO Box addresses or military restricted zones (APO/FPO/DPO) as our specialized carriers require a physical street address for delivery.

-Incomplete Addresses: VeraEssent is not responsible for lost packages or redelivery fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entries by the customer.

 

5.Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

 

6.Lost or Damaged Packages

-Damaged on Arrival: If your VeraEssent product is damaged during transit, please contact us at veraessentofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

-Non-Delivery: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
